According to a new poll from SRBI Public Affairs, both Rudy and McCain would now beat each of the Democratic frontrunners:

Two weeks ago, this same poll showed the Democratic candidates winning each of the aforementioned matchups, with the exception of the Rudy/Hillary matchup, where Giuliani still bested Hillary by four points.

Edit: I Like Mike… I have warned you time after time that you cannot post articles from news services’ in the comments (especially those that have nothing to do with the story you posted them under) I have no choice but to say goodbye to you at this point. You received far more warnings than anyone else has received by a longshot.-KWN

I Like Mike,
Why don’t you give it up. The inspector who “briefed” Rudy on Kerick subsequently
cleared Kerick for police commissioner. There is no proof Rudy knew anything about
Kerick’s alleged illegal activites.. Rudy has said that he made a mistake in recommending
Kerick for Homeland Security.
Your time would be better spent trying to help your candidate’s failing campaign.

Rudy explains in his book his decision to hire Kerik, and I think he lays out a strong defense of a difficult decision. There was very much to admire about Kerik’s past (at least what was known of it) at the time. We’ll see how it plays out.

I have a creepy feeling that Congress is losing the fight with the President over the pork-laden military retreat budget. If a clean budget is held up by more grandstanding and backseat driving I think we’ll see it do some more harm to the Democratic candidates in Congress in the short-term.
