   Smooth move by McCain interviewing with his mom - makes him seem a little younger.

   Roberta’s golden. I really like that lady. I wish we could meet other candidates’ mothers. You can tell a lot about someone from their mother.

   Yeah, it actually makes McCain seem quite a bit younger. 70 isn’t so bad sitting next to a 95 year old, particularly when she’s alert and upbeat and whatnot.

   Good stuff. Especially given the fact at least Romney’s parents have been dead for a decade. McCain seems oddly young.

   The interview with McCain also makes me like him more and more. I think that he is the one candidate who could win the election if Iraq is terrible. He has much more credibility being a veteran. Of course that could completely backfire and the fact that his campaign is about Iraq could mean he loses an electoral landslide.

   I am impressed by John’s mother. Any lady at 95 years is a testament to both strength & longevity, especially when they are alert and attentive. John did good by letting us get a glimpse of her. John just went up a few points in my book.

   McCain may not be my first choice for Republican nominee, but I think we can all agree he has the cutest mother of any candidate.

   Can’t we just skip this whole process and nominate Roberta McCain for president?
