I think McCain’s answer to the woman in the audience who lost her brother in Iraq was one of the strongest and most heartfelt segments of the night. It exemplifies why those who are so quick to read his campaign its last rites are sorely mistaken.
It’s the Bush-McCain-Kennedy bill that is going to sink him and the abortion issue that will sink Giuliani. Nothing McCain or Giuliani say about the war on terror is going to make those problems go away.

This and Huckabee’s eloquent response on the evolution question were the highlights of the night. I think McCain is getting his Mojo back.
