Has Mitt hired Howard Dean’s speechwriters?
And the cujones it takes to say that when he’s on record as being an independent during the Reagan era and he ran for office on an anti-Reagan message

Hey, a little heads up for any of those Sara Palin fans out there.
She is going to be on Charlie Rose tonite, along with Janet Napolitano.

Rudy claims Romney made a “mistake” with his lawyer answer. But is quick to say he made a “mistake” with Kerik.
I don’t see how both can be “mistakes.” One situation dealt with an answer to an unclear hypothetical, the other deals with bribery, corruption, and tax evasion.
I submit that only one of these situations is a true “mistake.” More on this to come for sure..
October 12th, 2007 at 10:28 pm
Giuliani says:
“Speaking at an editorial board meeting with FOX News earlier this week, Giuliani said his error in recommending Kerik to be homeland security secretary should not reflect his overall judgment.”
Riiiiight, but somehow Romney’s association with Craig is a major laps of judgment! Giuliani can’t have it both ways here, and he certainly won’t.
October 12th, 2007 at 10:32 pm
I haven’t heard of Rudy or his camp saying anything about Craig and his potion in the Romney team…
But anyways… I just realized there really is no meaningful goalpost between now and Iowa. So I’m going to join the chorus asking for a rankings update. I quiver in anticipation as to where Keyes will be placed.
October 12th, 2007 at 10:36 pm
PnGrata, yeah, especially with Newt still down there under Undecided category! And we can “retire” Hunter (9th), Paul (8th), Tancredo (7th) and Brownback (6th) from the ranking as a protest against too many candidates in debate!
October 13th, 2007 at 12:59 pm
Romney claiming to be the republican wing of the republican party is the biggest joke of the campign let. McCain hit him hard today for saying that by being up his 94 comments about being an independent durning the time of regan-bush.
October 13th, 2007 at 8:34 pm
I do not understand why some of you considered “Republican Wing of the Republican Party” as a gaffe. I mean, we have screamed RINO everywhere all the time. We at least recognize that there are quite a few groups within the party. We acknowledge the social conservatives, the fiscal conservative and the hawkish conservatives within our party. So, please enlighten me why you think this remark so ridiclous.
