Yesterday, TLG called me the new “official random poster.” I guess that’s what happens to us folks who don’t come out and support any candidate after our own left the race. Not being a shill anymore opened my eyes to the fun I can have with the election.
Anyways, here is the 1st Open Voting Thread for the day- since a lot of us are voting today, here is where you can discuss who you voted for (even though I think most of us know who each is supporting), or if you had a last minute change of heart, if you voted strategically…
Or if you decided to support the last chance to save our country from the evil that we dare not speak of?
Fire away…

And I’m having fun as a non-shill, as well. Much more fun to fire from all sides. Politics makes strange bedfellows. Me and Jason Bonham being constantly in agreement — that’s proof positive of that axiom.

I once purchased a Che Guevara shirt with Mickey Mouse ears around the commie’s head.
I think Mickey Mouse ears would be appropriate around Space Cadet Paul’s noggin.

Poor Ron Paul.
There’s nothing crazy about what he says. It’s his persona.

I voted pretty early this morning. There were already a lot of people there.

TLG, I find Ron Paul refreshing and sincere but he is most definitely a loony.

If it weren’t RP’s foreign policy (or lack of it) views, I could deal with him. Certainly, far easier than Mr. “We’ll give them the GD fence, then”.

I live about 50 minutes from Berkeley, CA.
I think I’ll go downtown Berkeley next week with a Marine t-shirt on — just to irritate liberals.

I voted for Romney here in NJ about 2 hours ago. No one else was voting during the 5-6 minutes I was in the polling, which I thought was odd. I voted at the same time in our local elections last November, and it was more packed. I was almost forced to vote for Hillary, because the idiot poll workers set-up my machine as a Democratic ballot, and they weren’t sure if they were allowed to give me another machine. We eventually got it sorted out though.

I don’t worry about Ron Paul so much as I do about the supporter I know.
Any looney people I know support Ron Paul.
Got to say I love the shirt and TLG’s Ron Paul logo as well. Very creative.

My wife and I will be heading out after work…for her to vote here in New York. I cast a paper ballot in December for the Conservative Party of New York’s primary for Thompson. He had the endorsement of Chairman Long too…*sigh*

Voted here in east Bakersfield in a latino heavry area, 11th voter of the day about 8am. I be watching West Bakersfield tonight for the CD 22, if Romney runs up the score there he can win here to overcome the outline areas that seem to be McCain strongholds. Techiphi is getting nailed this morning with the weather.
