Michigan will revote on June 3rd

Michigan Democrats have agreed to have a revote on June 3rd.

I think this is a good move for Hillary. It improves her odds of winning the popular vote among sanctioned primaries and it also narrows Hillary’s pledged delegate gap. This guarantees Hillary will be campaigning against Obama for the next 4 months.

This re-vote will be privately funded meaning Democrats may have to pay millions of dollars that could have been used in the general election campaign.

Why don’t we have front-page posts of relevant polling anymore? Not to gripe, but this is really good news!

    Rasmussen Ohio Poll:

    McCain 46
Obama 40 (and this was before the revelation Pastor Bonehead’s remarks)

    McCain 46
    Clinton 40

AND John McCain leads in the RCP everage against BOTH Democrats in Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Also, new national Gallup Tracking polls have been released and show:
    McCain 45
    Obama 45

    McCain 46
    Clinton 46

In national polling McCain trails Obama by only 0.7 points in the RCP average - the best showing in months, and McCain trails Hillary by 0.5 points in the RCP average.

Wow, so much for “punishing” those states who dared to move up their vote date…

    National Party Organizations = JOKE
