Why should Hillary flip Arkansas? Isn’t her new chosen state of residence New York? I was born and raised in Arkansas, Hope was home town for the school years, and they are not as dumb as most of the nation thinks, in fact politically they are very sauvy. Why the first month we were in Hope, the county sheriff came recruiting for my parent’s vote and he owned the largest still in that dry county.
