I’m hearing that early exit returns are showing Hillary with a 63 to 27 victory tonight, not sure if that’s what the actual outcome will be but that’s what i’m hearing. Let’s hope she wins by even more than that.
The media is going to downplay the results tonight, but the fact is that a large part of the Democratic Party is unhappy with Obama being the nominee. He’s going to have a hard time uniting the party to win in November.
Yea my friend’s parents are big time Hillary supporters but they say that they will be voting for McCain if she doesnt get the nomination b/c they say McCain has proven that he can work across the aisle to get things done and that HIllary and McCain are the only candidates who have the experience it takes to become president. They just think Obama is a fluke and has no experience. And i think there are alot more dem’s just like them who feel the same way they do.
Do you mean 63-37 or 73-27? 63-37 would be a mild letdown for her, while 73-27 would have to deeply concern the super-delegates. I’m betting it’ll be around 67-33, give or take 3 points.
Sorry i meant to say 73-27, but now i’m hearing it’s 68 to 32, so we’ll see what happens, but it will be a shallackin by Hillary tonight no doubt about that.
So what? Hillary got shellacked in a bunch of states earlier, remember the Potomac primaries, etc? 28 delegates up for grabs, she maybe gains 10-15. Not going to make a bit of difference. He gained more in the superdelegates this past week then he will lose tonight.
Oh yes, and as a white, educated, upper middle class American, it only reinforces my stereotype of WV. Had she done this in IN or somewhere like that, I would have been impressed. WV? Not much.
8. Re: the bolded numbers. In the heat of the primaries, I felt I could not support McCain for President … and I still don’t. Is there any historical data on what percentage of the people who say they will vote for the other party or abstain actually does once the general election comes?

So about a 70-30 split, as predicted. But, still stunningly awful margins for Obama.

Anyone notice the Drudge headline?
Guess we’ll gain new fame as the state of Robert C. “Grand Cyclops” Byrd and President Hillary Clinton of the U.S. of KKKA. *sigh*
