Can we get JUST ONE DAY with McCain ahead?

  2. Brendan Antoine Says:

Better to be close and keep fighting hard then to get complacent with a week leading days

  3. bob Says:

I only care about being ahead on November 4th, 2008.

The fact that they are this close in July is an amazing feat for John McCain.

  4. mike Says:

#4: Exactly. McCain is the best candidate in a down year for Republicans. If he loses (which I am rooting hard against), I am sure he will be villified both here and elsewhere. The truth is..just about everyone else in the GOP would have gotten creamed worse.

I am still holding out hope that he can squeak it out.
