  1. Hungarian Says:

    Looks good.

  2. MPC Says:

Dems are sinking for sure, far too much skepticism over their leadership already. Time for Kasich to rise to the challenge.

  3. Richard Murray Says:

Rep Kasich is the man! Great to have him in the Gov’s mansion!

  4. Sean M Says:

Hopefully Quinnipiac will have numbers on the Senate race soon. Kasic and Portman could be looking strong for next year.

  5. MIKE & MARCO for '12-'20 Says:

Excellent news. Rollin’, rollin’, rollin’… :)

  6. ConservativeRepublican Says:

    ‘Keep those doggies rollin. Rawhide!!

  7. JayPe Says:

Is Portman under threat from his right? I was reading earlier about a primary challenger who is self-funded and is up on the air already. Might dent his huge cash haul slightly fending that off.

Mind you, he’s not the only one. Ayotte has a conservative self-funding challenger, and Grayson in KY is also under threat from a well funded outsider conservative. NY-23 is moving to the Senate!

  8. Sean M Says:

“NY-23 is moving to the Senate!”

I don’t know why. Portman seems like a solid conservative, Ayotte seems to be doing well in New Hampshire. Grayson and Rand Paul both seem to be strong in Kentucky.

  9. Gary Johnson 2012 Says:

    Go Kasich!!

  10. JayPe Says:

Sean, my point is that the “outsider, more conservative” label is a strong one, even against solid conservatives. And with Hoffman defeating Dede (although falling short) and Rubio picking up steam agsint Crist, that’s only likely to continue.

  11. OHIO JOE Says:

“Is Portman under threat from his right?” Yes, both from within the party and an Independent candidate. I actually donated to Mr. Portman, but not everybody in my household is on board. Mr. Portman is at least much better than a quazi-GOP clowns in our state party.
