    You’ll notice that the link at The Hill has been altered – Rep. DeGette did not say that Catholic bishops have no right to an input in the healthcare debate: on the contrary, she said they have the right to have their voices heard, just not the final say.

    The argument from the left seems to be: Catholics can say anything, but if they’re very effective in influencing lawmakers, that’s unconstitutional.
